How does this work exactly?
This is not a course. It is not a group coaching program. It is a 90-day client acquisition consulting sprint. We diagnose your current lead flow, build your custom acquisition plan, and work with you 1-on-1 while you install it. The program provides frameworks and systems that are proven to bring in clients, but your consultant helps you apply it to your business.
What's the difference between a coach and consultant?
A coach typically helps you think through decisions, stay accountable, and figure out what to do next.
A consultant works inside the problem with you, reviews what you are actually building, finds the weak spots, fixes the strategy, and stays involved until the system starts producing results.
That is how 6 Figure Creative works. We are not a course or a group coaching program. We are a 90-day client acquisition consulting sprint for creative freelancers. We diagnose your current lead flow, build a custom client acquisition plan, and work with you 1:1 while you install it.
You still do the implementation, but you are not left to figure it out alone. Your consultant gives you the frameworks, feedback, and execution support to apply the system to your business.
I have a team. Will this still work for me?
Absolutely! If you have a team, theoretically you can move faster. All we ask is that we have one point of contact so that daily communication is streamlined and efficient. But your partners are welcome to all calls and meetings!
How does the ROI guarantee work exactly?
Our ROI guarantee states that; if you complete the entire roadmap and implement all the strategies we suggest but don't make at least $10,000 in new business, then we'll work with you for free until you do.
Who will be my consultant?
Once we receive your application and understand a little more about your business we'll pair you with the consultant who is the best fit for your specific situation.
How do you build my custom strategy?
We review all of business metrics, past revenue, current marketing efforts (and a few other things) to get a good understanding on where you're at. We then identify any key bottlenecks that are holding you back and look for opportunities for quick wins, before mapping out a strategy that will help you to reach your revenue goals.
How does the consulting actually work?
We start by diagnosing your current client acquisition system. That includes your offer, positioning, audience, lead flow, sales process, and what you are currently doing to get clients.
From there, we build a custom 90-day client acquisition plan for your creative business. Then you work 1:1 with your consultant to implement it. You will have direct access to your consultant Monday - Friday through a mixture of sync and async communication.
This is not done-for-you lead generation, and it is not a course where you are left to figure everything out alone. You do the implementation, but your consultant helps you install the right client acquisition system for your business.
I run an agency, can you still help?
Yes, for sure. We have quite a few agencies in the program already and some of our consultants have already built, run and sold their own 7 and multi-7 figure agencies!
