How does this work exactly?
We'll take a look over your business metrics, marketing efforts and revenue goals to get an understanding of your current situation. We'll then create a custom client acquisition strategy for your business and if you don't love it, you don't need to pay! If you do love it (which most people do) we'll then work one-to-one with you helping you to implement it.
I have a team. Will this still work for me?
Absolutely! If you have a team, theoretically you can move faster. All we ask is that we have one point of contact so that daily communication is streamlined and efficient. But your partners are welcome to all calls and meetings!
How do you guarantees work exactly?
We have two guarantees for the program. The first is the roadmap refund guarantee which states that: If you don't love the strategy we create for you that we'll refund 100% of your investment. The second guarantee states that: If you complete the roadmap, implement all the strategies we suggest and don't make at least $10,000 worth of new business — we'll keep coaching you for free until you do.
Who will be my coach?
Once we receive your application and understand a little more about your business we'll pair you with the coach who is the best fit for your specific situation.
How do you build my custom strategy?
We review all of business metrics, past revenue, current marketing efforts (and a few other things) to get a good understanding on where you're at. We then identify any key bottlenecks that are holding you back and look for opportunities for quick wins, before mapping out a strategy that will help you to reach your revenue goals.
How does the coaching actually work?
All of your coaching is one-to-one. You will have direct access to your coach who will reply to you within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Your coach will jump on a Zoom session with you to sync with you on your roadmap and be available for you daily to give you feedback on your work and help you implement the strategy.
How long does the program take?
On average between 4-6 months, but over 80% of our clients chose to stay longer because of the sheer value they get from having a coach to speak to daily about their business.
I run an agency, can you still help?
Yes, for sure. We have quite a few agencies in the program already and some of the coaches have been built, run and sold their own!
